I wanted something fresh and fast. This little place delivers on all fronts. I have been to Thailand and the food here tasted very authentic although not quite as spicy as what I've had at Thai restaurants. I had the Pad See Eu and my wife ordered the Ramen Delight and we shared their veggie egg rolls. All the dishes were spectacular. It had lots of people coming in and getting take out. It was nice to see that the locals really support this place. Sorry no photos, we were too hungry.
Wonderful Thai food - interesting to find such good authentic Thai food in a small town. They grow some of their own produce, and service is by family. And they offer a small store for food items not found outside of the city, like shrimp paste, fish sauce and tapioca pearls.
Service was great! Very friendly and quick with my order! Food was made correctly and was hot still when I got back to my room. Everything tasted good. Nothing bad to say!
Online, I found this open until 9 PM. I later discovered closing time was 8 PM. I phoned in an order way too late for a restaurant closing at 8. They were very accommodating. The quality of the food was great. I have noted in my phone the correct open/closed hours. I apologize for the late order.
If you happen to want Thai food and you are in Burnet, you will enjoy this place! They advertise they are takeout only, but if you ask to dine in they have seating; just know they serve you out of takeout containers. The heat levels can be tailored - just ask. Their default is fairly mild, but they can amp it up to Thai spice level or anywhere in between. A hidden gem!!!
